The IronMan 40lb Cast Iron Adjustable Dumbbell Set comes with a FREE heavy-duty carry case which contains a pair of 14” (35cm) standard dumbbell handles, four 5 lb and four 3 lb grip style cast iron weight plates, four spinlock retaining collars for easy plate changes.
Each dumbbell with half of the weights adds up to 20 lbs for a total of 40 lbs, this includes the weight of the dumbbell handle.
