Please ensure that the item has been disconnected and, where applicable, free from any water/defrosted in advance of your delivery. Built-in appliances must be fully disconnected and removed from the housing, with any fascia panels removed. Please note that, if the service cannot be carried out upon delivery, it is unable to be rebooked.
