Handy THTD Towable 10 Tine Scarifier 1m
The Handy THTD Towed De-Thatcher works by using metal prongs to penetrate the turf down to the soil in order to remove the layer of thatch which can build up in the base of a lawn or large grassed area. Being towed it simplifies a task that can be a very labour intensive process, just use the hitch pin to easily attach the roller to the eye on the rear of your tractor. This is by far the easiest way to dethatch your lawn if you happen to own a tractor or riding lawn mower. Bolts supplied are poor quality, wrung a bolt when tightening the tines without applying much force. The rest of the device seems quite sturdy
Great product, makes scarifying the lawn a breeze. Quality is as good as alternatives that are a lot more expensive.
I do recommend to buy from this seller, as they are very professional, and efficient. My order was shipped the day after the order was placed. The Scarifier is very robust and well over-engineered. Easy to set up and easier to use it.
Brilliant piece of kit removes moss and weeds gently and easily, much better than a dedicated scarifier and is much less aggressive
Great value for money, easy to assemble and fits perfectly onto my husqvarna tractor mower. i towed it without weights and with weights to test it out, it did a great job on removing the moss.
A remarkably good machine. Solidly built. Performs extemely well. Fitted very easily onto the back of my husqvarna rider mower. Scarifier supplied completely dis-assembled, comprising some 125 parts,bolts,nuts and washers,etc. Took my wife and i (both pensioners) a stressful hour, or more, to build! Suggest any would-be purchasers seperate out all the different bolts etc, before attempting assembly as some are so similar and easily confused.
