Gardena CleverRoll L Easy Empty Hose Trolley
The Gardena CleverRoll L Easy enables space saving storage of garden hose and is designed to be easy and convenient to use. Fitted with an ergonomic softgrip crank and a sturdy hose guide, the hose can be efficiently unwound and rewound in between watering tasks, saving time and effort. Excellent product for the money.
Good strong hose trolley.
I really wouldn't want to be without this hose reel ever again. It has made watering my garden so much easier. I am totally satisfied with my purchase and would recommend it to anybody considering buying one.
This is described as suitable for 50m of the 19mm bore hose. This is not entirely accurate because the last few metres causes the hose to get caught under the spool. In reality, I needed to cut a few metres off anyway to make the tap to reel connection. The next minor niggle is that the feeding spool is on a thread which is geared to the 12mm bore hose and as such does not really traverse enough to keep up with the thicker 19mm hose as it wounds into the reel. My final complaint is that although described as also for the 19mm hose, this only comes with the screw on connectors for the smaller hose. Seriously Gardena, having spent this much on a plastic reel, it wouldn't have hurt to include both types of fitting.
