Spear and Jackson's Neverbend Carbon tools are up to 50% stronger than their stainless steel equivalents and come complete with a 15 year guarantee. This Dutch hoe has an aluminium shaft and a hammer finished, powder coated carbon steel head. The end of the shaft is covered with a soft grip area for comfortable handling.
