Product is fine 'does what it says on the tin' but delivery was very slow supposedly due to Covid, but I think that may be a suitable excuse.
Good value, arrived quicker than expected, as Tooled-Up was saying delays due to corona virus. Happy it is already in use now.
Did exactly what was needed. Old reel had rusted after 20+ years and I'd replaced hose in last couple of years so didn't need hose and reel. Easily assembled and fixed on wall.
A guide mechanism to get the hose on the reel would be helpful. Well made & good communication & price & delivery
Delivered quickly, as stated in description
Waited a long time to receive product. Manufacturing build quality wasn’t all that robust and instructions were not all that clear. Had to order a double male connector part separately to connect my snap hose connector to the snap connector on the hose reel which delayed the final switch on for a week. This part should have been supplied as standard fitting with the box the hozelock reel came in.
