Greenworks G40AB 40v Cordless Axial Garden Leaf Blower
The G40AB is a cordless leaf blower which is powered by Greenworks 40v G-MAX lithium ion batteries. It has an axial fan for high speed blowing, with a variable speed trigger for excellent control; lower settings enable the operator to shift light debris without distrurbing gravel or stones, while maximum power gives increased performance suitable for shifting stubborn debris or applications in hard to reach areas. The blower has a cruise control function to minimise fatigue over extended periods of use, and has a lightweight, cushion overmoulded construction for increased comfort. The G40AB is currently only available as a body only machine (without battery or charger). It shares battery compatibility with the rest of the Greenworks 40v range so the battery and charger from any other compatible machine can be used to power this tool. Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
Battery Voltage Explained
A tool with a higher voltage than another is a bit like choosing an engine in a car, the higher voltage will generally mean higher power & performance. As with cars though a bigger engine does not always translate to better performance so it is important to compare the specifications of tools at different voltages between different manufacturers.

Never owned a leaf blower before and only just getting to know it. Will be useful where a rake is awkward. Looks good build quality and seems plenty powerful enough. Great advantage to be able to use the same battery/charger as my Greenworks hedge cutter and mower.

Super quick delivery of the Leaf Blower. I am a great fan - no pun intended - of Greenworks. This kit was paired with my 2 existing batteries and each lasted just over 20 minutes on full blowing power. Enough to move a lot of damp leaves.
