Greenworks OPTIMOW 10 24v Cordless Robotic Lawnmower
The Greenworks Optimow series of robotic lawnmowers offer the ultimate in cordless convenience when it comes to keeping your grass maintained - once you've set them up, they'll go about keeping your lawn neatly trimmed so you can get on with other things during your free time. The Optimow makes regular mowing sessions, but only takes a small amount off each time, leaving the fine clippings to fertilise the ground and encourage healthy new growth. It is extremely quiet in operation so it can work at all hours of the day without causing a disturbance, and a GSM enabled app gives you full control at all times, even when you're away from home. The Greenworks Optimow 10 is suitable for lawns of up to 1000 square metres (which equates to almost four tennis courts). Installation is simple, and the box includes everything you need - simply peg down the perimeter wire to define your mowing area and connect to the base station. Once installed, the Optimow will mow the lawn according to your pre-set schedule, charging itself when necessary. You have full control from anywhere with the GSM enabled App which enables you to adjust mowing schedules, monitor and update the machine as required. The Optimow 10 comes preloaded with a SIM card which can be topped up when required. Optimow 10 is designed with safety in mind, featuring an integrated lifting sensor which automatically stops the blades when the machine is lifted. The collision sensors allow Optimow to recognise obstacles, with the machine stopping and turning away to mow elsewhere. As well as safety, Optimow 10 is intelligent thanks to rain and frost sensors which ensure that mowing only takes place in the right weather conditions. Its integrated geofence security sends notifications if the machine ever leaves its area. Optimow 10 knows when its battery level is low, and will automatically return to the base station to charge itself when required, before resuming cutting when ready. Features and Benefits Contents

Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
Battery Voltage Explained
A tool with a higher voltage than another is a bit like choosing an engine in a car, the higher voltage will generally mean higher power & performance. As with cars though a bigger engine does not always translate to better performance so it is important to compare the specifications of tools at different voltages between different manufacturers.
Greenworks 24v Battery System
The Greenworks 24v Li-ion System is a range of 24v tools where all 24v batteries of all ah ratings fit all tools, allowing you to buy just a few batteries but as many of the range of bare tools that you need without the expense of a new batteries and chargers each time. In some cases there may be tools that take 2 x 24v batteries to power a 48v motor - These are still part of the 24v battery system but with the added benefit of a more powerful motor.
